Growing up working various retail jobs, Macie Hegwood always loved helping people purchase items that they truly loved. The apparel and fashion side of retail especially intrigued her, even as a little girl. After entering her freshman year of college as a pre-pharmacy major, it only took Macie a few weeks in chemistry class to learn pharmacy wasn't her passion. Her true passion lied in retail, and she wanted to pursue a career in it.
Fast forward a couple of years, and Macie decided to turn her dreams into a reality. After much discussion with family and friends, she started The Flossy Peach.
Based in South Georgia, the Flossy Peach style is fashionable with a southern flair. We hand select every piece in attempt to bring versatility and joy to our customers, and style those pieces in our own light emphasized within our storefront and social media.
