Hey yall! My name is Marisa and I am the owner of Southern Sol Boutique. Southern Sol all started as a dream in high school and turned to reality after my freshman year of college in 2014. I started with just one rack of clothes and set up shop for a pop up shop party at a friends house. I quickly outgrew that one rack and rented my first 10x10 booth at a pop up show in Texas. Eventually when i couldn't travel as much due to college, I had no choice but to set up shop in my tiny college duplex and dive into the online world. After I graduated college at Sam Houston State University, I was fortunate enough to rent out part of a boutique in Tomball, TX. I eventually outgrew that space and moved South and opened up my first storefront in March of 2019 in the small town of Cotulla, TX where some of my family resides. At the end of 2019, I had made the choice to move back closer to where I grew up (Pearland, TX) and so I closed down my first storefront in January of 2019 and found my perfect new location in Friendswood, TX and opened it on March 2nd of 2020! I am so beyond thankful for all the love and support from all of my loyal and new customers! Southern Sol wouldn't be where it is today without all, so thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
