Vanessa V. opened in Lafayette, La in 2010 catering to that woman who felt like she couldn't shop in a boutique. Back then, most boutiques only catered to woman wearing sizes 0-8, so I opened my store carrying clothing for women in sizes 0-18, now I carry to size 22/24. I quickly built the reputation around town that you could just go into Vanessa V. and say 'dress me', and that was the truth! I enjoy making women feel beautiful. I always say when the customer tells ME 'thank you', I have done my job. The physical location closed in 2017 because my family and I moved to North Carolina for my husband's job. I continued to sell thru my FB group and in 2019 we moved back to Louisiana and I relaunched my website Vanessavboutique.com.
